For whatever reason I'm designing yet another totally new website layout. Help me.

Another week another home page redesign...
~ Redesigned the home page to resemble a desktop.
~ Made progress on my neopets shrine.
~ Redid my about page to match desktop layout.
~ Added a bunch more cool sites I found to my Favorites section. Why can't I be amazing like these guys? ;_;

I decided to wipe my site clean and start anew. I learned a lot in the last week since joining neocities, and I thought it best to just start all over. I don't want to keep starting over everytime I get new ideas, but who knows?
